realXtend and OpenSimulator development: Is there a connection?

What is realXtend and does it have anything interesting to do for OpenSimulator development and use? This presentation is a brief review of the past years of realXtend development, current status, and a search for possible fruitful next steps together with OpenSimulator. One concrete possibility is the use of the same WebGL+WebSockets client.

Antti Ilomäki

Antti Ilomäki has been with realXtend right from the beginning in various roles, notably as the project manager in the publicly funded project where the base platform was developed in years 2008-2011. He is not a technical developer but understands VWs from usage and community standpoints and has been involved in numerous realXtend application projects during the past years.
